Blake Griffin was the number 1 draft pick and named this year’s Summer League Most Outstanding Player. He averaged 19.2 points and 10.8 rebounds. If you watch his higlights you will be amazed at some of the plays he made for his team, he truly is outstanding. In the third game of the five NBA Summer League games Blake sprained his right shoulder, but he played through the injury. On Tuesday the Clippers team physician Dr. Steven Shimoyama confirmed that Blake’s arm was injured. He told the Clippers that Blake will need to rest for 3-4 weeks. Blake will not be participating in Team USA’s minicamp that started Wednesday.
